"THAT WAS HARDER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE!" - This is the most common comment heard from finishers of the RSMC and PA 50K and 20Miler trail races! The course is a challenging and gnarly one in Raccoon Creek State Park, Pennsylvania. There is a 5k run/hike as well and those participants can FUNDRAISE also!

MISSION and PURPOSE: We are a Veteran Community Care organization that forms enduring relationships with veterans and military service members through time and adventurous activity in God’s creation, helping them refresh resilience through new life habits, finding purpose and helping them move them from isolation to community.

The 17th Annual Harvest Moon 10 Mile Run and 5k Run/Walk will take place on Saturday, November 9th. The race starts and finishes at St. Philip’s Church at 1629 Beaver Grade Road in Moon Township. Races will be chip-timed by Wolf Creek Race Management. EMS will be on hand for major injuries. The race will take place rain or shine. T-shirts are not guaranteed for registrants after October 9, 2024.

The goal of this event is to highlight our commitment to our community and give thanks to our Veterans. With your participation in our first and hopefully yearly event we plan to donate a large portion of the proceeds to It’s About the Warrior Foundation.

The mission of It’s About The Warrior Foundation is to assist and empower ALL post 9/11 veterans and their families from the Tri-State Area.
