The values of Scouting found in the Scout Oath and Scout Law are just as relevant today as they were in 1910. The programs continue to help youth develop skills to last a lifetime in the areas of leadership, self-confidence, ethics, academic skills, citizenship, and much more through trying new things and providing service to others. Your participation will help defray the cost of organizing the event. These items include the purchase of equipment, maintenance of the troop trailer, purchase the many merit badges and awards earned by the Scouts and fund campouts and activities throughout the year.

The Stop, Drop & Run, now in its ninth year, is Monaca Fire Department's largest fundraiser. The race features a one-mile fun walk, standard 5K Run / Walk, and a firefighter themed obstacle course. This obstacle course features over 20 obstacles that allow you to live the life of a firefighter for a day. Our North Allegheny Marching Band will help kick off our runners and our cheerleaders will welcome runners at the finish line.
