Talbot Shuffle 1600m & 3200m

Get ready to lace up your running shoes and hit the Hampton Track this summer! Whether you're a seasoned runner or looking to challenge yourself, join us for an exhilarating 1600 or 3200 meter race. Mark your calendars and stay tuned for the release of the heat sheets the week of the race — it's time to set new personal bests and enjoy the thrill of competition!

Participants will be grouped by age, with the younger categories running first. Every race will feature Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) by Wolf Creek Race Management, and results will be posted live on PA MileSplit.

Registration: 4:30 PM

1600m Start: 6:00 PM

3200m Start: after 1600m heats

The Lake Loop

As August rolls around the Pittsburgh Track Club will be hosting their annual 5 mile road race, The Lake Loop. Test your limits on this tried and true Pittsburgh Loop. The Lake Loop will again be the USATF Three Rivers Championship! This year we will also be partnering with various high schools around the are to help fundraise money for their programs! If you see your old high school at check out please consider donating to their program! The winning high school team will win a discounted spike night at Pro Bike and Run!

The Lake Loop is also a team scored event. Teams of 6 compete with the top 4 runners scoring for the men and women. Each person on the winning team will win a free pair of shoes.

Packet pick up will be the morning of the race at the Boathouse, or Friday evening at Pro Bike and Run where we will also have a Hoka demo shoe run.

Kinzua Bridge Challenge

Kinzua Bridge State Park 296 Viaduct Road, Mount Jewett, PA, United States

The 2024 Kinzua Bridge Challenge 10K, 5K,1 Mile, and 2 Mile Walk will be a staggered start beginning at 9:00 am on Sunday, August 11th. The races start at the Center Street Trailhead on the Mt Jewett to Kinzua Bridge Rails to Trails. The course is out and back for each race. The proceeds benefit the Penn York Oil and Gas Affiliates Energy Scholarship Fund at the University of Pittsburgh, Bradford campus as well as other local projects.

Mighty Moraine Man Fall Multisport Festival

The Fall Event will be August 17 and 18, 2024 and will include an Olympic Distance Triathlon and Aquabike on August 17 and the Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Adventure Race, Sprint Duathlon, Sprint Aquabike, and Super Sprint Races on August 18. Our Youth Triathlon will be Saturday evening, August 17.

All races are sanctioned by USA Triathlon.

Shawn Giles Memorial 5k

This race is for all St. Vincent College Cross Country Alumni, students, faculty, friends, family, and current cross country runners.

$40 (additional family members are $10 each). No entry fee for the Kids Fun Run.
Additional donations are welcome!
A free quarter-mile Kids Fun Run will take place following the 5K. Participants will receive a t-
shirt and ribbon.

Awards will be given to the top overall male and female alumni.

Live 4 Tomorrow Today 5k+

The month of September is nationally known as National Recovery Month and the week of September 8th- 14th is National Suicide Prevention Awareness week.

There is Hope & Help, if you or someone you know is struggling with substance abuse and/or mental health.

To help Start the Conversation surrounding recovery and suicide awareness, we are excited to announce the 4th annual Live 4 Tomorrow Today (L4TT) 5k+ Run & Walk, which will take place on Saturday September 7, 2024 at the Dawson Grange Community Fairgrounds in Dawson, PA. This 3.5-mile run/walk is a family-friendly event that is sure to attract runners of all levels.

Families and friends are welcome to run/walk in remembrance of or in honor of their loved one or individually. Please indicate what you would like on your shirt, has we customize every shirt!

Live 4 Tomorrow Today is specifically to educate, support, and bring awareness to recovery, suicide & overdose.

All proceeds go towards Live 4 Tomorrow Today community events (Burn Out the Stigma Car Show, L4TT 5K+ Run & Walk and Unmasking the Stigma Dance), our Funeral Expense Program; this program allows us to help with funeral expenses or monument expenses if an individual passes away from an overdose or suicide and our Start the Conversation Program; this is a free program that allows us to meet with individuals interested in finding Help and starting the process of identifying their needs for treatment/therapy.
