Carlson breaks 5:00 to claim Women’s Championship! Moretton goes sub 4:00 to advance to tomorrow’s Final!

1 Seed Lindsey Carlson (MI) ran 4:58 in the 2020 Mile Madness Final to claim the event’s inaugural title. She defeated 3 seed Lindsay Clark (MI) who ran a respectable 5:30.  

The men’s Championship final is now set. 1 Seed Brandan Morretton (PA) defeated 5 Seed Ryan Budnik (PA) with an incredible 3:55 performance. Ryan followed up his fast 4:03 round two with a very respectable 4:04 on the same course. 7 Seed Andrew Mascio (PA) pulled off his second straight upset defeating 3 Seed Bruce Baker (MI) to advance to the final contest. Mascio ran 4:15, Baker 5:34.
